José Antonio Moranchel Pocaterra, Partner

Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of La Salle and postgraduate studies in Stock Exchange Finances from the ITAM, Mexico. With more than 18 years experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance he has closed operations in the following sectors: Agro industrial, Chemical, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Graphic Arts, Pulp and Paper, Real Estate, amongst others. Prior to this he worked for 14 years for Coopers & Lybrand, Price Waterhouse, Scotiabank Brokerage House and Banco Santander in various management positions. Luis Antonio García Díaz, Partner

He has a degree in Public Accounting from the University Iberoamericana, Mexico. He is responsible for the area of analysis. With his team they analyze and coordinate the process for mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and company valuations. Previous experience has included Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen, Senior Analyst for Citigroup Brokerage House and also for their Consumer Credit Division. Degree in Industrial Chemistry and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Granada, Master in Marketing and Sales, Master in Finance and Controlling both in the IDE-CESEM (Madrid). In the professional field has served as Managing Director in various companies in the dairy sector in France and Spain, as well as Managing Director and Consultant in the hotel industry, consumer, food, medicine in Europe and America. Degree in Accounting at Universidad del Noreste in Hermosillo Sonora. He has 12 years of experience in the sector.
