With the stabilization of the Mexican political and financial systems and the many bilateral trade agreements now in now in place, the companies strategy is to establish a greater international profile.

In 2006 we incorporated Sinergia Capital to better reflect our activities, to focus more on NAFTA and the growing interest of Europe and Asia with Mexico.

Over the past five years we have successfully concluded over USD400 million in both equity and debt operations to Mexican and international companies.
